This project features the conversion of an old brick warehouse into a modern two story office space on the Detroit Riverfront, with amazing views of the river, the Windsor skyline, and the Ambassador and Gordie Howe bridges.

This conceptual design explores a modern hilltop residence that takes full advantage of its elevated site. Positioned to overlook the rolling greens of the nearby golf course, the home features expansive full-height glazing that frames panoramic views while drawing natural light deep into the interior

This new building addition and outdoor pool cabana blends the interior and exterior of the home into one cohesive space, with large glass sliding doors and windows that can open up the full side of the building to entertain guests both indoors and outdoors. The glass pyramid above the second floor floods the space with natural lighting, make the indoor bar feel as if it is outside.

Influenced by the Greene & Greene style, this residence builds off of pre-existing Craftsman and Bungalow structures on the site to bring some additional Arts and Crafts flair to the shores of Lake Huron. Large picture windows in the Dining and Living Rooms, an open Kitchen plan, and an upper level deck accessed from the Master Suite all appreciate panoramic views of the lake, while additional on-site amenities will allow this unique location to be appreciated year-round.
